REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your options for returns, replacements, and refunds.

 

 

 

 

1. Returns Eligibility

 

 

You may request a return if:

 

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The product is not an exempt item (see Section 4)

 

 

Items that are opened, damaged, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

 

 

 

 

2. Defective or Damaged Items

 

 

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video showing the defect or damage

 

 

We will either:

 

  • Replace the item

  • Offer a refund

  • Provide another suitable solution

 

 

 

 

 

3. Refund Process

 

 

Once your return is approved:

 

  1. We will provide return instructions

  2. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

 

 

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

 

 

 

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded (unless defective):

 

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Services that have been fully delivered

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

  • Customized or personalised items

5. Cancellations

 

 

 

Before Shipment

 

 

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

After Shipment

 

 

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for return (see Section 1).

 

 

 

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

 

 

If your refund appears delayed:

 

  1. Check your bank or credit card account

  2. Contact your bank or card provider
