HOW IT WORKS

When you first make a purchase. you will be sent two separate emails, an order confirmation email containing a link to the app, and an email with your Unique Access Code.

Once you've downloaded the app, you will need to input your Access Code, and then create an account for your membership portal - this stage is what encrypts the app and opens up your personal area to input your data.

​

Your data can be entered with no character limit, and we also provide options for you to edit your text and make certain elements stand out to catch the eye. As soon as you press Submit, your data has been updated live - no waiting times or admin delays whatsoever.

Your jewellery will already be linked to your personal URL - we do this before shipping, so once you have tested your product to ensure everything is working, you're good to go!
