HOW IT WORKS
When you first make a purchase. you will be sent three separate emails, an order confirmation email, an email explaining how to use your portal, and then an email from the admin team to confirm your account has been created and verified - this will include a link to create your password, you must do this before you can gain access.
Once you've accessed the portal, your data can be entered with no character limit, a profile photo can be added, and there is a link to directly call 999 on your Emergency profile - this is pre-set you don't need to do anything.
As soon as you press Submit, your data has been updated live - no waiting times or admin delays whatsoever.
Your jewellery will already be linked to your personal URL - we do this before shipping, so once you have tested your product to ensure everything is working, you're good to go!

We use a 'Build your own Bracelet' system, which offers over 200 different variations, so please bare this in mind with delivery times - our items are prepared but then personalised to order.
All of our bracelet options come in various rope colours and offer both Gold and Silver accents. We also offer 14 different face colours so this gives plenty of variation for you to design a bracelet that you will love. You can also have multiple bracelets that link to the same page, please let us know in your order notes so we can contact you and make sure it is linked to the correct account - if you order multiple in the same order, please specify whether they are for one person or multiple so we know how many accounts to set up - you do not need to provide any information, just let us know which of the two, we will contact you if necessary.
